Wine-making: Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and ageing in american oak barrel for at least 6 months

Age of the vineyard: 60-70 years

Organoleptic note: vivid salmon pink. Powerful nose, rich in fruit (raspberry, cherry), spicy and toasted notes. Rounded palate, with a balanced level of acidity and with a good persistence of toasty traces

Serving temperature: 10-12 º C
