Wine-making: Grape selection at harvest. American and french oak barrel ageing for at least 14 months and in the bottle for at least 10 months

Age of the vineyard: 90 - 100 years

Organoleptic note: Very intense cherry red, brilliant and clean. Complex and elegant aroma, combining fruit (ripe and jammy fruit) and fine toasty notes. Great balance between wine and wood, highly structured, finishing with tobacco and spicy notes (tobacco, cocoa and coffee)

Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC
